GABA – Jasmine (Green Tea)
- 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cups of water (can be adjusted).
- Rinsing not needed.
- Place rice and water together in a pot with a lid.
- Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
Serving size - 1/3 cup (50g)
