Recipe

This smoothie recipe is the first of our #onegoodthing challenge inspirations. And if you’re not familiar with the challenge, check it out (and sign up) now! It’s free, everyone’s invited, and it’ll change your healthy living mindset in as little as 14 days!

So why is this recipe such a perfect challenge fit?

Firstly, it’s as easy as can be. You only need a blender and you likely already have many of the ingredients at home.

Secondly – and even if you don’t have all the ingredients – it’s flexible! Rather switch the greens for some kale or spinach? That’s OK. Prefer apple to banana? That’s also fine!

Our Falling For Fig Smoothie features rich and fibrous fruits of the season, alongside some of our favourite superfoods.

You’ve got Chia Seed and Almond Milk protein to slow the release of the sugars and sustain your energy…which will fly in pretty fast!

The Mulberry Superfood Powder is also rich in calcium, iron and zinc, making this a mineral powerhouse of a breakfast.

Well shall we hurry up and tell you how to make it?!
