Immunity Boosting Rooibos Matcha Smoothie


1 tbsp Minvita Rooibos Matcha Powder
1 cup water or milk (almond, soy etc)
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup any nuts
1-2 kiwis
1 apple

1. Roughly chop your fruit and add it to your blender along with the liquid of your choice – opt for water if you prefer a thinner consistency to your smoothies or milk if you’d like a creamier and slightly thicker texture. For this recipe, we used soy milk. Blast on high for 20-30 seconds

2. Pop a tablespoon of our Rooibos Matcha Powder into the smoothie along with any nuts – we’ve used almonds in this recipe but pecans, walnuts, Brazil nuts or hazelnuts will also work well. Adding nuts into your smoothie means that it’ll keep you feeling fuller for longer, without the need for excessive snacking. Blast the mixture for a further 20 seconds or until your smoothie is at your desired consistency

3. Serve in a glass or glass jar. If you like, you can add extra nuts, seeds or berries to the top of your smoothie – we’ve used raspberries for extra prettiness!
