Elena's Fit Apple Pie!


2 eggs/vegan egg replacements
2 cups quinoa flour
1/2 cup hazelnut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup water
1 apple
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp maca powder
1tbsp peanut butter

You’ve met her before! Elena España (Instagram’s ‘‘Real and Not Perfect‘) shared her healthy loves on our blog, along with a batch of her Fit Cookies here on our recipe page.

Well, we’re honoured to welcome her back. And it’s a very warm welcome as she comes bearing pie!

That’s Fit Apple Pie – the kind you can eat without losing all sight of your fitness goals.

Make yours in 3 simple steps!

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon – except for the apple.

2. Place the mixture in a pan suitable for the oven. Slice the apple over the top of your mixture.

3. Bake the pie at 150C for approx. 30 minutes. And voilá!
