Moringa Carrot Dip
1 1/2 tbsps Moringa Superfood Powder
3 x medium carrots (organic recommended)
2 tbsps tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
A pinch of salt
A sprinkling of dried chilli flakes
Extra virgin olive oil (to preference/purpose!)
This raw veggie dip takes full advantage of the clean green taste of our Moringa Superfood Powder – a full body booster that ups your body’s defences and enhances recovery.
The Moringa Carrot Dip makes a great change from hummus and can be enjoyed smothered on oatcakes, as a quick snack with raw vegetable dipping sticks, and as a topping to your savoury salads and dishes (it’s just great on potatoes)!

Quantity makes 1 small bowl/4 individual servings
Peel and chop your carrots. Add to a food processor or mini chopper and blitz into a fine mix. Alternatively, simply grate on the finest setting.
Spoon all remaining ingredients – except for the olive oil – into the processor/bowl and mix thoroughly.
Now to stir in your oil by taste. For a thicker paste (great for oatcakes) use just enough to create a spread. Keep adding if you want to create a more hummus-like consistency, or as alternative dressing.
Finally, sprinkle with another pinch of dried chilli flakes and serve.
Tip: garlic also works wonders with Moringa. Experiment by adding a fresh clove or two to the mix.
