Our Overnight Cacao Chia Seed Pudding


makes 4 puddings

1/3 cup of our Chia Seeds
1 1/2 cups of Almond milk
4-7 tbsp of Cacao powder (depending on how chocolatey you want it)
5 Medjool Dates
4 tbsp of Honey
1 tbsp Cinnamon
a sprinkle of our Cacao Nibs
a pinch of Salt

1. Start by making your Chia Seed Cacao Pudding the day before you want it (this will make it’s texture incredibly creamy and mousse-like!). Pit the dates and chop them into tiny pieces. Add the Almond milk, Chia Seeds, Cacao powder, Cinnamon, chopped Dates, Honey and Salt into a mixing bowl and use an electric whisk for 3-5 minutes until all ingredients are combined and the Chia Seeds have expanded.

2. Put the mixture into four different dessert glasses, or even teacups! Leave them overnight to set and become firm (similar to jelly).

3. If eating for breakfast, add coconut yogurt and raspberries. If you want it as a delicious dessert, finish the pudding off with a sprinkle of Cinnamon and Cacao Nibs – and enjoy!
