Simple Baobab 'n' Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 tbsp Minvita Baobab Superfruit Powder1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 peeled banana
1 cup water (or unsweetened almond milk if you prefer)

Overslept and need a quick boost before you dash out the front door? This is our favourite speedy and easy smoothie that’s guaranteed to energise you in a matter of minutes, leaving you feeling full until you can have a proper mid-morning healthy snack. Combined with minimal but delicious ingredients, you immediately get a hit of antioxidants and vitamins thanks to the nutritional power of our Baobab Superfruit Powder – turning your late morning into a great morning!
1. Add the frozen berries and water to your blender first and pulse until thoroughly mixed. If you prefer, you can swap the water for unsweetened almond milk which will result in a creamier smoothie
2. Chop the peeled banana in half and add to the blended berries, as well as the tablespoon of Baobab Superfruit Powder
3. Whizz for twenty to thirty seconds and enjoy!
