Ingredients 115g butter, melted315g self-raising flour10g baking powder150g light brown sugar130ml milk50ml yoghurt25g orange zest2 eggsFor butter cream300g icing sugar150g unsalted butter40g baobab jam5ml vanilla essence Recipe Preheat oven to 180°c/gas mark 4.
